MetLife Stadium is committed to providing a memorable event day experience for all our fans and ask the each fan assist in creating an enjoyable and safe environment. This 4 hour Fan Code of Conduct Class is required of all guests who have been asked to leave the stadium for violations of our "Code of Conduct and/or Alcohol Policy". Fans must return the “certificate of completion” of this course before re-entry is permitted. You must complete the class within 60 DAYS of the date of receiving your ejection letter. If you don't complete it within 60 DAYS, you will need to submit an additional written explanation for your delay.

The purpose of this online class is to educate fans about the stadiums Fan Code of Conduct. The course is completely educational, and is meant to be a positive learning experience. We want to create the safest possible environment for our fans and we hope that this course will be an engaging learning experience for you. MetLife Stadium supports the efforts of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). $50 of this course fee will go directly to the efforts of this national non-profit organization. "The mission of MADD is to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking."

This 4 hour class will cover the following topics:
- Introduction of course
- Stadium “Code of Conduct” Policy
- Alcohol education, prevention and risk management
- Communication Skills as Prevention
- Skills in Stress Management
- Improving disruptive behavior
- Texting and Security policies
- Improving empathy towards other students and fans
- Resources for finding help
COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS: You will receive a certificate upon completing the class. This certificate must be submitted to Daniel DeLorenzi, MetLife Stadium Director of Safety Services, and you must wait for a letter or email indicating you have been readmitted to the stadium. Returning to MetLife Stadium without receiving authorization from Daniel DeLorenzi, MetLife Stadium Director of Safety Services, will result in a criminal complaint for violation of N.J. Title 2C:18-3b, Defiant Trespasser.
